Tom Robles
Tom Robles has called Irving home since 1989. As a current trustee for District 1 on the Irving Independent School District Board of Trustees, he brings decades of leadership experience and a deep commitment to serving students, families, and the broader community.
Over the last 4 years, Tom has served the community by volunteering with the Irving School Bond committee, Irving ISD District Improvement Committee, the City of Irving Building & Standards Committee, and the Baylor Scott & White Irving Foundation. He is also active with community organizations such as the Irving Hispanic Chamber, Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber, Hispanic Forum, AMBUCS Greater Irving, SER National, and HOGAR de Dallas Genealogy.
Professionally, Tom has held leadership roles with major organizations, including IBM, where he served as an Area Manager and Engineer overseeing the development and management of data centers across 14 states, and Alcatel USA, where he led international telecommunications projects throughout South America. He later worked with the U.S. Department of Justice, evaluating Equal Employment Opportunity Commission cases for potential criminal charges at the federal courthouse in Dallas.
